CYBERSECURITY / TESTING + READINESS

Cybersecurity that
holds up when it is tested for real.

Evidence-led cybersecurity services across testing, response, governance and people. We agree the scope, record the evidence and set out the next decision.

For product teams, growing businesses and the people accountable for security decisions.

01 / START WITH THE DECISION

What needs to move forward?

Choose the problem you need to resolve. The engagement is then scoped around your systems, requirements and available evidence.

Scope, price basis, customer dependencies and exclusions are agreed before delivery. No certification, absence-of-compromise or buyer-acceptance guarantee is implied.

02 / A REVIEWABLE DELIVERY PATH

Less ambiguity.
More useful handover.

Know what is being reviewed, who owns it and what will happen with the result. Dates and access depend on the agreed scope.

  1. 01 / DEFINE

    Agree the boundary.

Systems or requirements, authorization, access, stop conditions and expected outputs.

  2. 02 / REVIEW

    Work from evidence.

Record observations, review relevant material and distinguish unknowns from confirmed results.

  3. 03 / HAND OVER

    Make the next step clear.

Give technical owners actionable detail and leadership a concise view of decisions and limitations.

  4. 04 / FOLLOW THROUGH

    Agree the next review.

Retest or ongoing evidence follow-up is separately scoped. Completed tasks are not automatic assurance.

03 / PRACTICAL TOOLS, NO ACCOUNT

Get a useful starting point.

Explore an original self-check, plan the next action or study a fictional security boundary. A human review is a separate engagement.

Self-reported prompts are not a full framework assessment, audit opinion or evidence validation. Never enter secrets or confidential customer evidence.

04 / THE WIDER PRACTICE

One entry point.
A scope that fits.

Testing, governance, response and people work have different evidence and authorization needs. Capability names are not a claim of complete coverage or vendor accreditation.

ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST CSF and other requirements inform a defined readiness scope. Formal assurance and legal applicability remain separate decisions. This website is not a monitored emergency channel.

05 / CLEAR BOUNDARIES BUILD TRUST

Ask the questions
before granting access.

Keep authority, confidentiality and evidence handling part of the engagement—not an afterthought.

Discuss your requirements
Who is responsible?
The scope identifies the delivery lead, assigned roles, review responsibilities and customer dependencies.
What is included?
Agree systems, methods, output format, exclusions, fee basis, timing and any retest before work starts.
How is sensitive evidence handled?
Agree the sharing channel, access, retention and deletion arrangements before providing it. The public enquiry form is for high-level scope only.
What remains unknown?
Reports should record limitations and unreviewed areas rather than imply that a tested sample represents your entire environment.

06 / BEFORE WE BEGIN

A few useful answers.

More questions
What do we agree before work starts?

The written scope identifies the systems or requirements, authorized activities, delivery owner, customer dependencies, deliverables, exclusions and commercial terms. Testing windows and any retest are agreed separately.

Does a readiness review provide certification?

No. Readiness work helps organize scope, evidence, gaps and remediation. ISO certification is a certification-body decision; a SOC 2 examination is performed by an independent licensed CPA firm. Neither outcome nor buyer acceptance is guaranteed.

Can we try the tools before an engagement?

Yes. The public tools are free to explore without an account. They use original prompts or fictional examples, not a full framework assessment or independent evidence validation. The Assessment Studio sends a report only when you explicitly request it.

FIELD NOTES / BUYER GUIDANCE

A clearer brief starts
with better questions.

START WITH THE BOUNDARY, NOT A BIG PROMISE.

What decision
do you need to make?

Share a high-level goal, the systems or requirements involved and your timing. Do not include credentials, evidence files or confidential incident details.
